Would you like to make your voice heard and help improve the non-emergency transport service for you and all patients across West and East Sussex?
Coperforma, the company which takes over the Patient Transport Service across Sussex from 1 April 2016, is inviting users of the service to join the feedback groups they are setting up in every NHS hospital in the county.
“Coperforma wants to hear about the experience of the patient transport service of every single patient and their carer or family,” says Stephen Payne, Business Unit Manager for Coperforma in Sussex. “Our aim is to continually improve the service we provide by listening to those using the service to attend their NHS hospital appointments and hearing any new ideas and initiatives that patients may wish to put forward.”
The ‘You talk, we listen’ groups will initially meet once a month when Coperforma will listen to the views of all attending before sharing up-to-date reports on the latest results about the timeliness of their service and from patient satisfaction surveys. All feedback is most welcome and any experience that falls short of Coperforma’s expected high standards will be addressed promptly.
Patient transport users are invited to email firstname.lastname@example.org to register their interest in joining the group, providing their name, telephone number and the name of the hospital they attend for appointments and treatment.
Alternatively individuals can complete a short online questionnaire accessed here https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/NTT3WVH remembering to provide contact details so that Coperforma can be in touch.
